Courtyard Tampa North / I-75 Fletcher

Everyone there was fantastic and we so enjoyed our stay there. We went to Tampa for our grandson’s birthday, but could not take some of his presents with us. I called the property and spoke with Theresa (wonderful person and a credit to the property) who told me to have the package delivered there and they would hold it for us until our arrival. Theresa went above and beyond in our opinion by offering this AND KEEPING HER COMMITMENT!!!! She is a truly amazing person and we will not stay anywhere else for any trip to Tampa!! Plus, Jerry and Tammy (both working diligently at the Starbucks at the hotel) made sure that we had everything we needed for our morning coffee and breakfast!!

the property is located exactly where i needed

The floor in the room might need to deep cleaned. Except that it is good place to stay . During the covid might not as much as perfect , but it was a good stay. No smell in the room, clean bed and facility is not old. We went other hotel before this, that was sucks. So after we change to here we stayed till end here.

The staff was personable and caring. My wife had eye surgery before our arrival and the staff were all very accommodating.

i thoght it should be complimentary for the price of room.
